How quickly will my order deliver?
Orders arrive at destination within 2 to 5 business days. During peak periods such as before Christmas,please allow 2-3 extra business days for your order to reach destination.
Where do you deliver?
We currently deliver to Ireland and the UK, but Tea Forte have distributors in a number of countries. Contact Tea Forte USA at email@example.com and they can provide contact information to direct you to a retail location near you.
What is your Returns Policy?
Tea Forté accepts returns for any reason for up to 30 days from the day the items deliver. You are responsible for sending your order back to us in order to receive a refund or exchange.
What are your accepted payment methods?
Tea Forté Ireland accepts credit card payment over the phone. All transactions are in Euro. You may also make payment by personal check, certified check, or money order in Euro currency only. Just place items in your shopping cart, proceed to checkout and follow the steps requested.Once you submited an order we have all the information needed to contact you regarding payment.Our staff then call you and discuss payment terms.
Is ordering on your site secure?
Absolutely! We DO NOT take online credit card payment, thus ordering on our website is totally safe.
Can I send my order as a gift?
Of course! Many of our customers give Tea Forté as a gift.
Do you offer gift wrapping?
Unfortunately we do not currently offer gift wrapping.
Can I deliver one order to multiple locations?
Sorry, not at this time. You will have to place a different order for each delivery location.
What are your Customer Service hours of operation?
Our customer service staff is available for e-mail and phone assistance Monday - Friday, from 9:00am to 6:00pm, excluding holidays.
Can I purchase Tea Forté in a shop?
We sell Tea Forté products to many shops, public bodies and restaurants around Ireland. If you are outside Ireland, please contact firstname.lastname@example.org.
Can Tea Forté products be personalized?
We're sorry, no. We do not currently personalize our products.
Is there an expiration date on tea?
Tea does not have an expiration date, but after about a year it can start to lose freshness. At Tea Forté we label all of our products with a "best by" date to ensure that you experience the best we have to offer.
Is your tea organic, Kosher or Free Trade?
No, but we are looking into earning those certifications.
