What types of delivery do you offer, and what are your rates?

Tea Forté Ireland offers ground delivery services provided by Fastway. A flat rate of €9.00 applies to each parcel sent out.

How quickly will my order be delivered?

Orders arrive at destination within 2 to 5 business days. During peak periods such as before Christmas, please allow 2-3 extra business days for your order to reach destination. 

Where do you deliver?

We currently deliver to Ireland only. Tea Forté have distributors in a number of countries.  Contact Tea Forté USA at info@teaforte.com and they can provide contact information to direct you to a retail location near you.

What is your Returns Policy?

Tea Forté accepts returns for any reason for up to 30 days from the day the items were delivered. You are responsible for sending unopened boxes back to us in order to receive a refund or exchange.

What are your accepted payment methods?

Tea Forté Ireland accepts card payment over the phone. All transactions are in Euro. You may also make payment by personal cheque, in Euro currency only. Just place items in your shopping cart, proceed to checkout and follow the steps requested. Once you submited an order we have all the information needed to contact you regarding payment. Our staff then call you and discuss payment terms.

Is ordering on your site secure?

Absolutely! We have a secure online credit/ laser card payment facility, so ordering on our website is totally safe.

Can I send my order as a gift?

Of course! Many of our customers give Tea Forté as a gift.

Do you offer gift wrapping?

Unfortunately we do not currently offer gift wrapping.

Can I deliver one order to multiple locations?

Sorry, not at this time. You will have to place a different order for each delivery location, however if you would like you can contact us directly by phone or email to see if we can accommodate you.

What are your Customer Service hours of operation?

Our customer service staff is available for e-mail and phone assistance Monday – Friday, from 9:00am to 6:00pm, excluding holidays.

Can I purchase Tea Forté in a shop?

We sell Tea Forté products to many shops, public bodies and restaurants around Ireland. If you are outside Ireland, please contact info@teaforte.com.

Can Tea Forté products be personalized?

We’re sorry, no. We do not currently personalize our products.

Is there an expiration date on tea?

Tea does not have an expiration date, but after about a year it can start to lose freshness. At Tea Forté we label all of our products with a “best before date” to ensure that you experience the best we have to offer.

Is your tea organic or Fairtrade?

Yes, our Tea is Certified Organic and Fairtrade.
